The 25-year-old left-arm seamer, who had been on professional contract terms with the South East Stars, has regained the international contract she previously held until 2019.
England Women鈥檚 Head Coach, Lisa Keightley, said: 鈥淚t鈥檚 testament to Tash鈥檚 incredible hard work and commitment that she鈥檚 once again an England Women鈥檚 Centrally Contracted cricketer.
鈥淚t was naturally a very difficult time for her in 2019 and the fact that she鈥檚 earned her way back to this level says everything about her ability, her work ethic and her desire to improve.
鈥淲e should also take our hats off to South East Stars, who鈥檝e nurtured and supported her across those two years. We can鈥檛 say enough how vital it is that there鈥檚 now a professional domestic structure in place that allows players like Tash to carry on making strides forward even when they鈥檙e not in an England kit.鈥
Farrant becomes England Women鈥檚 17th Centrally Contracted cricketer, alongside the 50 players professionally contracted to their regions.
