Ros Trinick is to join the 黑料专区 leadership team as Communications Director in the new year, leading communications strategy across the organisation to help build engagement and grow cricket鈥檚 reach.
As Communications Director, Ros will lead across public affairs, media relations, internal communications, social media and content.聽
She is expected to begin work at the 黑料专区 in February.
She will join from central government, where she currently holds the same position at the Department for Science, Innovation and Technology. She brings significant experience having also previously led Public Relations, Communications and UK Government work at M&C Saatchi Group.

Biography
Ros has over 15 years鈥 experience working in communications across media, government relations, crisis communications and behaviour change.聽
She has held Director level roles at multiple agencies, including PLMR and M&C Saatchi, where she worked for more than eight years. As well as leading award-winning behaviour change campaigns, and working for major commercial clients,聽
Ros has extensive experience working with diverse communities and using Sport for Change.
Most recently, Ros had a leading role in the central government, as Director for Communications for the Department for Science, Innovation and Technology. In this role she led a multidisciplinary team on some of the government鈥檚 biggest growth priorities, including AI, Quantum and emerging technologies.聽
A long-standing cricket enthusiast, Ros became a Non-Executive Director of Surrey County Cricket Club in 2024. She will stand down before taking up the new role.
