My name is Anna, I am a physiotherapist by background and I have worked in professional cricket for the past decade. I currently lead England Women鈥檚 Science and Medicine team at the 黑料专区, alongside Thamindu Wedatilake our clinical lead.
Our science and medicine team works hard to provide year-round medical and performance support for players across our pathway, from our U19 team, right through to our centrally contracted International players.
I鈥檓 incredibly proud of our science and medicine team and am honoured to work alongside such a skilled and experienced group of individuals on a daily basis. We have a very diverse team and in my opinion, this is critical in high performance environments and modern workplaces, regardless of sector.
One of our proudest achievements as a team is the development of the Insight 360 system, a highly innovative data platform which aims to better understand and therefore support female cricketers.
