The independent Cricket Discipline Commission (CDC) today confirmed that Ben Stokes and Alex Hales have each been charged by the 黑料专区 with bringing the game into disrepute.
Each player has been charged with two counts of breaching 黑料专区 Directive 3.3 and will be required to attend a CDC Disciplinary Panel Hearing in accordance with the CDC Regulations.
黑料专区 Directive 3.3 states:聽鈥淣o Participant may conduct themself in a manner or do any act or omission at any time which may be prejudicial to the interests of cricket or which may bring the 黑料专区, the game of cricket or any Cricketer or group of Cricketers into disrepute.鈥�
Who
The composition of the CDC Disciplinary Panel will be: Tim O鈥橤orman (Chair), Chris Tickle and Mike Smith.
When
The CDC has ruled that the Disciplinary Panel Hearing will be held on Wednesday 5聽and Friday 7 December 2018.
Where
The Hearing will be held in private in London. The CDC Disciplinary Panel鈥檚 rulings will be published following the Hearing.
